CANCELLATION POLICY
At ONE Vida, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our clients. In order to accommodate the needs of our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation and appointment policies.
Due to an increased demand for appointment availability, this cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. No exceptions will be made to the stated terms or associated fees. This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and ensure fair access to care for all patients
Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Appointment Time

A cancellation fee will apply for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time as follows:

Subcutaneous / Intramuscular Injections: $35 fee

Blood Draw Appointment: $35 fee

IV Infusions: $50 fee

Massage & Stretch Appointments: $50 fee

MD Consultations and Appointments: $250 fee

No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for an appointment without notifying our office, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment
First Time Waiver
As a courtesy, the cancellation fee for first late-cancelled appointment will be waived. All subsequent cancellations and no-shows will incur the applicable fee as outlined above.
Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist and ensure everyone receives the care they need.
Health and Wellness Consideration
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please be mindful of our staff and other clients to help maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
Tracking of Cancellations
Our system records all cancellations. A history of cancellations will be maintained in your file for reference.
