​The ONE Vida Wellness Consultation Experience

Prior to your initial consultation, a personalized intake phone call will be scheduled with a member of our medical staff. This call allows us to:

• Discuss your health concerns, goals, and priorities

• Review relevant medical history

• Answer preliminary questions about services, therapies, and next steps

 

This intentional onboarding process ensures your time with Dr. Norma is focused, efficient, and tailored to your specific needs.

 

Your wellness consultation with Dr. Norma consists of two dedicated appointments:

 

1. Initial Wellness Consultation
During your first visit, you will:

• Undergo comprehensive laboratory testing

• Meet privately with Dr. Norma to review your medical history, current concerns, and wellness priorities

• Begin development of a personalized, physician-directed treatment plan

 

Many of our therapies may be initiated at the initial consultation, allowing you to begin treatment without unnecessary delays.

 

2. Comprehensive Laboratory Review Appointment
Your second appointment is a detailed follow-up with Dr. Norma, during which she will:

• Perform an in-depth review and interpretation of all laboratory results

• Correlate clinical findings with symptoms and health goals

• Finalize and refine your individualized treatment strategy

 

This methodical, two-visit approach allows for both immediate care and data-driven precision.

Medical Services Not Requiring a Full Wellness Consultation

The following medical services do not require a full wellness consultation with Dr. Norma. These services require a vitamin consultation at a cost of $50 with a qualified ONE Vida provider to ensure medical appropriateness and safety:

• Vitamin injections

• Vitamin infusions (excluding high-dose Vitamin C)

• NAD+ Injections and Infusion Therapy

 

Services Not Requiring a Medical Consultation

 

Select services at ONE Vida may be accessed without completing a comprehensive medical wellness consultation with Dr. Norma.

While these services do not typically require a full medical wellness consultation, all care at ONE Vida remains physician-led. The determination of any required intake fees, consultations, or additional evaluations is at the discretion of the ONE Vida medical and administrative team and will be clearly communicated to you prior to or during your initial appointment, should they be necessary.
