ONE Vida is pleased to offer virtual pediatric care, providing families with convenient, high-quality medical support from the comfort of home. Pediatric services are led by a board-certified pediatrician and are available exclusively via telehealth.

 

Virtual Pediatric sick visits do not require a comprehensive wellness consultation and are scheduled and billed per visit. These appointments are designed to address common childhood concerns and basic urgent care needs.

 

Common concerns we can help with include:

• Pink eye

• Mild fevers, colds, and flu-like symptoms

• General parental questions and reassurance

• Constipation

• Diarrhea or vomiting

• Skin rashes or irritation

• White patches in the mouth (thrush)

• Swimmer’s ear

• Skin infections such as impetigo or mild cellulitis

• Barky coughs (croup)

• Sinus infections

• Poison ivy or similar plant reactions

• Lice evaluations and treatment guidance

 

When In-Person Care Is Recommended

For concerns that require hands-on testing, such as confirmation of strep throat, flu, RSV, or COVID, our pediatric provider will require parents/guardians provide confirmation from at home kits prior to treatment. At home kits can be accessed from local pharmacies such as Walgreens, CVS, etc. For all other concerns regarding hands-on-testing, our pediatric provider will recommend evaluation at an urgent care or in-person medical facility to ensure appropriate testing and treatment.
