APPOINTMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our customers at ONE Vida, LLC, we have a no exceptions appointment scheduling/cancellation policy. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75. If the service cost is greater than $150, you will be charged a $150 non-refundable no show fee.
Due to our appointments filling up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave. A credit card on file is required to reserve your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to service you as this affects other patients' appointments. We will have to consider it a late cancellation/no show, and will charge accordingly.
